Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused gear in its original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective materials are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to Shimano

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location across Canada.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
